Why We Do What We Do
When I started Energy Efficient Homes Roofing, after more than forty years in roofing, my goal wasn’t simply to replace roofs.
Living and working in Florida, I’ve watched homeowners face the same challenges year after year — rising insurance premiums, increasing electric bills, stronger storms, and the growing cost of maintaining a home.
I realized that replacing a roof is only part of the solution.
A well-built roofing system, proper attic insulation, improved ventilation, hurricane-resistant upgrades, and other energy-efficient improvements can all work together to better protect your home, improve comfort, and help reduce long-term operating costs.
That’s why we built Energy Efficient Homes Roofing.
Our mission is to help homeowners make smart investments in their homes — not just for today, but for many years to come.
Whenever additional improvements such as impact windows, impact doors, insulation, or other specialty work are needed, we work with properly licensed contractors to help bring those solutions together.
